Privacy Policy

Ticker is developed and operated by Zain Adeel. It is designed to work without an account or server-side data collection.

What Ticker uses

Ticker stores timer state and app preferences on your device so timers and settings work. It may process device-motion data on your device for the tilt effect, and uses Apple’s notification and Live Activity features when enabled. This information is not sent to us, stored on our servers, or used for advertising.

Purchases and support

Optional tips are processed by Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not receive your payment card, bank account, or Apple Account credentials. If you voluntarily submit a support request through GitHub, GitHub receives the information you choose to provide. Support requests are public, so do not include personal or sensitive information.

Sharing and tracking

Ticker has no advertising, analytics, tracking, user accounts, or third-party SDKs. We do not sell or share your personal information. Apple’s handling of information in its services is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Your choices and deletion

You can manage Ticker’s available permissions in your device Settings. Delete Ticker to remove its local app data. Because Ticker has no account or server storing personal data, there is no separate account-deletion request to make. Information submitted to GitHub is subject to GitHub’s policies and controls.

Changes and contact
